</strong>Error message when user trying to access public folders within outlook:</p>
<p>Cannot expand the folder. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange computer is down for maintenance.</p>
<p>You can access public folders using outlook webmail</p>
<p><strong>Resolution:</strong><br />
On the Exchange Server Mailbox Server verify that the following services are started:</p>
<p>Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access<br />
Microsoft Exchange Service Host<br />
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant</p>

<p>DHCP server located on remote VLAN</p>
<p>1. Add a IP helper address that points to the DHCP Server on the VLAN<br />
2. Add secondary IP helper address pointing to the SCCM server</p>
<p>Example:<br />
Switch: Switch HP Procurve 5400zl<br />
vlan-10: 192.168.101.0 (servers, DHCP, SCCM)<br />
vlan-20: 192.168.100.0 (workstations)</p>
<p>ProCurve Switch 5412zl# config term<br />
ProCurve Switch 5412zl(config)# vlan 20<br />
ProCurve Switch 5412zl(vlan-20)# ip helper-address 192.168.101.250<br />
ProCurve Switch 5412zl(vlan-20)# ip helper-address 192.168.101.217<br />
